Our Internal Services focus on creating a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for our clients. We offer general every day house cleaning, deep cleaning and individual appliance cleaning services. This can also include assisted cleaning where we can teach and support clients in keeping their home well-maintained.
Our tailored internal cleaning plans can be scheduled regularly or as a one-off service, allowing clients to enjoy a pristine space that meets their unique needs.

General House Cleaning

Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors

Surface cleaning (mirrors, light switches, door handles etc.)

Deep Cleaning

Cleaning walls and skirting boards for a refreshed environment
Floor scrubbing and tile/grout cleaning to remove dirt and grime
Kitchen and bathroom deep clean with all surface sanitisation

Appliance Cleaning

Intensive cleaning of ovens, microwaves, fridge freezers, air fryers, washing machines, dishwashers and other appliances

Assisted Cleaning

Supporting clients in completing cleaning tasks as part of their care plan
Encouraging independence through light household participation

External cleaning

Our External Services provide comprehensive support for maintaining safe, accessible, and tidy outdoor spaces. This includes window cleaning for single-story homes, improving visibility and safety, as well as pressure washing of driveways, walkways, and ramps to ensure ease of mobility. Our services help to keep gardens neat and accessible.
Our external services can be scheduled regularly or as a one-off service, allowing clients to enjoy a maintained and safe space.

Cleaning of driveways, walkways, patios, and ramps to ensure safe mobility

Mowing the lawn to keep grass at a manageable height

Garden waste removal to ensure tidy and clutter-free outdoor spaces
Pruning and hedge trimming to maintain the shape and health of plants

Laundry Services

Our Laundry Services offer clients a convenient solution for managing their laundry needs. We provide both pickup and drop-off services, ensuring that your laundry is taken care of efficiently. Whether it’s regular laundry or special items that require extra attention, our team is dedicated to delivering quality services

Weekly Contract or Once-Off service for clients needing assistance with laundry.

Pricing is calculated by number of loads (5KG) or large item amounts
Ironing service charged with a per item price

Laundry Collection & Delivery

Pick-up, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of laundry back to the client’s home
Large item washing such as blankets or doonas
Ironing service for clothing and linen
In home service also available including assistance with putting items away

End of Lease Services

Our End of Lease Services are tailored to assist clients in preparing their properties or rooms for inspection and handover. We provide comprehensive cleaning services that meet real estate standards, ensuring the property is in pristine condition for the next occupants. Our team handles everything from deep cleaning carpets to sanitising kitchens and bathrooms, making the transition seamless for clients moving out.

Bond Cleaning Service

General Areas

Clean walls to remove scuffs and marks; consider touch-up paint if necessary.
Dust and or clean ceilings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and corners for cobwebs.
Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors; consider steam cleaning carpets if needed.
Note: Carpet stain removal is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to address any stains present.
Wipe down skirting boards, doors and door frames, removing fingerprints and smudges.
Clean windows and window sills, including tracks.

Kitchen

Clear and thoroughly clean all countertops.
Empty, wipe down, and clean inside and out of cabinets and draws.
Clean appliances, including:
□ Refrigerator: Empty, clean shelves, and defrost if necessary.
□ Oven: Clean inside and out, including racks and trays.
□ Microwave: Wipe down inside and out.
□ Dishwasher: Clean the filter and wipe down the interior.
Scrub the sink and faucets.
Wipe down the backsplash, walls and tiled areas.

Bathroom

Scrub the toilet inside and clean the outside, including the base.
Clean shower and bath including tiles, grout, and glass doors.
Wipe down sink and vanity surfaces, and clean the faucet.
Clean mirrors to remove spots and streaks.
Empty and wipe down bathroom cabinets inside and out.

Bedrooms and Living Areas

Empty closets, vacuum or sweep, and wipe down shelves.
Dust and wipe down all baseboards.
Clean all light fixtures and furniture
Dust or vacuum air vents to ensure they are clean.

Outdoors (if applicable)

Sweep patios and balconies, and clean outdoor furniture and surfaces.
Clear out garages or sheds and sweep the floors.
Tidy up garden areas and clear any debris.

Miscellaneous

Test and clean smoke alarms to ensure they are functional.
Check all lights have a functioning light bulb internal and external
Replace or clean heat/air conditioning filters if applicable

By ensuring all these tasks are completed, we help our clients meet the requirements for a successful handover, making the process as stress-free as possible.
